Please note that all sales are final unless emailed (with the order number) within two days of purchase, then a refund will be issued. We offer no refunds under other circumstances. However, if your item doesn’t arrive in TWO MONTHS from the shipping date, we are happy to replace your item.
We are not responsible for damage or delay caused by postal services — if an item is damaged, it is best to contact your local courier.
All orders within the UK are shipped using Evri Tracked to ensure secure and trackable delivery.
For international orders, we use Standard Royal Mail International. Please note that this service does not include tracking. If you require tracked international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange an upgrade.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers.
