Shipping Policy

Within the UK, orders sent by Grace are sent via Royal Mail Tracked for a safe and trackable delivery. Once your confirmation with the tracking has been received, we are no longer responsible.

For international customers, orders sent by Grace are shipped via Evri Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked for a safe and trackable delivery. Once your confirmation with the tracking has been received, we are no longer responsible.

We are no longer able to pay custom fees on our end, so you are responsible for paying these to receive your parcel if it applies. If you do not pay import fees, your parcel will be returned to us. If this happens, a refund can only be issued to non-personalised items. Shipping cannot be refunded due to already investing in the shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services, alongside whether the item is a preorder.

Some items are shipped straight rom our production partner to you, hense why some shipping may be cheaper. These products are made to order to prevent over consumption and the manufacturer may be located in your country rather than Grace shipping your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal carriers.
